Ford Expedition 2001 Expedition  190000 miles
New altinator, battery,,clean terminals. All lights bright. All fans full force. Battery charger on for hours. No clicking sound made when turning ignition key. Warning lights on. Is there a fuse for the starter motor? Please help. Thanks.

There is a relay that you probably need to check. It maybe like mine and it would be located in the fuse panel on the passenger side floor board (not quite sure where your panel is) but here try this link it will help https://www.startmycar.com/us/ford/exp…

Bypassed relay. Shorted battery connection .One loud click. No turnover. Is the starter dead ?

One spark plug blown. Removed. Damaged cylinder. Won’t turnover new battery cylinder tested 90 psi.

If the alternator is not charging the battery, the battery will eventually drain and the vehicle may not start. Here are some things you can check:

Check the alternator belt: Make sure the alternator belt is tight and not slipping. If the belt is loose, it can cause the alternator to spin too slowly to effectively charge the battery.
Check the alternator connections: Make sure the connections between the alternator and battery are clean and tight. If the connections are loose or corroded, the alternator may not be able to effectively charge the battery.
Check the alternator itself: If the alternator belt is tight and the connections are good, you may have a problem with the alternator itself. You can have the alternator tested at a local auto parts store or mechanic to determine if it needs to be replaced.
Check the voltage regulator: The voltage regulator is responsible for controlling the voltage output of the alternator. If the voltage regulator is faulty, it may cause the alternator to not charge the battery.

If everything worked be for you took fuse panel out I would start there. I had to replace fuel relay but I cut connection wire from plug and put relay that was easier to get to and there’s a wire that shuts pump off so it wouldn’t flood the motor fine it and hook to relay but it will still run even though you just wire in new relay - the problem with taking fuse panel and replace relay is it could go out again it gets hot behind the panel and that’s the problem usually

No Start/No Crank

It has a brand new battery. I checked the fuses, battery terminals, +/- cable; all connections are good. It starts when it wants to and randomly won't start. On the occasion when it doesn't start, I hear short squelch behind the AC control panel, when the key is in the on position.

Weak crank no start

Sometimes it'll start fine other times it'll slow start or weak start or week crank no start I had the battery tested and it's good starter's new fuses are good switch relay from AC to starter relay same thing no start now it won't do anything

Did you try removing the crankshaft position sensor and make sure that it isn't gunked up or have a break in the wire

Random electrical problems after battery was drained and recharged.

My car went into the dealership for a recall repair. They called and said my battery died, but they called Autozone and I should have a warranty because it is only a year old. So they returned my 2016 expedition back to me with a dead battery. I put in the recharged battery and have had numerous electrical issues. Unlocking the door with the remote makes the alarm go off until i unlock the doors. The check engine light and wrench light go on and off. This truck has been sitting for about 7 years, and well mice have been in there. There was a lot of mice droppings, sometimes I can hear mice in there running around, and I assume they have bitten some wires because the battery dies within a day if I leave it hooked up and if I take off a terminal the battery stays charged.
