My windows work when they want too. Now my driver's window will come down but it won't go back up. Is this a fuse?

If the windows are not functioning and there is a clicking noise in the interior fuse panel, it could be a problem with the window motors or a malfunctioning component.
Here are a few things you can try:

Check the fuse. The fuse is responsible for protecting the electrical system from damage caused by a power surge. If the fuse is blown, it can cause the windows to stop functioning. You can check the fuse by inspecting it for any visible damage or by using a test light to see if it is functioning properly.
Check the window motors. The window motors are responsible for moving the windows up and down. If the motors are not functioning properly, it can cause the windows to stop moving. You can check the motors by listening for a humming noise when the windows are activated. If you don't hear a humming noise, it could indicate a problem with the motors.
Check the wiring and connectors. If there is a problem with the wiring or connectors in the window or electrical system, it could cause the windows to stop functioning. Check the wiring and connectors for any loose, damaged, or corroded wires. Make sure all connections are secure and free of any visible damage.
If you are unable to identify the source of the problem or if the issue persists after checking these components, I recommend having a mechanic diagnose and repair the issue to ensure that the problem is properly addressed and the vehicle is safe to drive.

I have a 06 Expedition, and my air blows from the front seat the windo

Ford Expedition 2006 Ford 241000 miles
I have a 06 Expedition, and my air blows from the front seat to the window all by itself. And it blows out hot air sometimes then goes back to cold air. My temperature setting doesn't seem to operate the temperature at all. I've changed out the blend door and it didn't do what it's supposed to do. Any suggestions????
