A/C doesn't work I just wanted to know how to diagnose the air conditioning system

Honda a/c condenser prone to damage from road debris in december 2014 i purchased a new 2015 honda accord. On july 9, 2015 my air conditioner stopped working. I live in florida where the summer is extremely hot making even the shortest of trips very uncomfortable. I took my car to the dealership the next morning for service, knowing that i have a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty in addition to an extended warranty. I have a 2015 honda accord ( purchased in dec 2014), on july 9th my a/c stopped working, i brought it to the dealer on july 10th around 7:00 am for service. I received a call from the dealer stating that my ac/ condenser had a leak due to "road damage", possible hit by a pebble and caused a leak, and it is not covered under warranty. I bought this 2012 honda accord in late september 2014. In october, just a few short weeks later, my ac stopped cooling. I took it to a local mechanic and found there was a hole in the ac dryer. How exactly does a 2 year old car already have ac issues? after doing some research, apparently this is a design flaw because rocks can fly up in it and cause the hole. Honda will not cover the $800+ expense. Completely unacceptable. I owned a nissan for over 5 years and never once had an issue or repair that was more than $200. Extremely disappointed in honda and will not purchase another.

Honda's reply to my complaint below / $250 gift card was an absolute "slap in the face" to me as a so called "appreciation for my honda loyalty" and not recognizing this engineering defect! i'm now even more disgusted with honda and i plan to do everything in my power to warn others. I've recently read where a class action lawsuit was recently settled for a similar problem w/honda civics, odysseus & an acura model. The day after my ac stopped working i decided to take it to the nearest dealer which was autowest honda of fremont. Even though summer was almost over it was still hot enough not to live with out ac so i decided to have my ac diagnosed. Apparently the dealer said that a small pebble hit my condenser which caused my ac to stop working.
