Check air intake hose for cracks (from air filter / MAF to throttle body).
When removing for inspection, take care not to make it worse - don't pull the hose! Instead start the oppposite way - by pushing it over!
Had similar issue and found cracks on my 2001 almera.
As the car / engine accelerates, it changes relative position slightly and opens up the cracks which distrubs MAF & ECU.
Have temporarilly fixed it with self amalgamating tape.

Fuse to Spark Plug keeps blowing

Nissan Almera 2001 Hatchback Automatic 1.8 110000 miles
Since January my car has stopped on me about 6 times now. The AA was convinced the first time that it was the fuel pump but it turned out to be the fuse to the Spark Plugs had gone. Each time the fuse is changed and I drive again no problem until it happens again. The car has been in the garage various times. Spark Plugs were changed, a thorough check of wiring, bits clean up and replaced and yesterday all 4 coils were replaced. Today it happened again. I had only just started the car up and driven less than 10 feet. It doesn't always happen from cold although 3 have been from cold and 3 from… Read complete

If the car is not starting and the fuel pump is not turning on when the ignition switch is turned on, it could be a problem with the ignition switch or a malfunctioning component.
Here are a few things you can try:

Check the ignition switch. The ignition switch is responsible for turning on the fuel pump and other systems when the car is started. If the ignition switch is not functioning properly, it can cause the car to not start. You can check the ignition switch by inspecting it for any visible damage or wear and by testing it to see if it is functioning properly.
Check the fuel pump relay. The fuel pump relay is responsible for turning on the fuel pump when the car is started. If the relay is not functioning properly, it can cause the fuel pump to not turn on and the car to not start. You can check the relay by inspecting it for any visible damage or wear and by testing it to see if it is functioning properly.
Check the fuel pump. The fuel pump is responsible for pumping fuel from the fuel tank to the engine. If the fuel pump is not functioning properly, it can cause the car to not start. You can check the fuel pump by inspecting it for any visible damage or wear and by testing it to see if it is functioning properly.
