Why does the ventilation work non-stop, even if I want to reduce it to

Nissan Primera 2002 1,8 benzin 18V 300000 miles
Why does the ventilation work non-stop, even if I want to reduce it to a lower speed, it does not reduce... even when I turn it off completely, it always blows at full speed?
Thanks for the reply

This issue with the ventilation system in your Nissan Primera could be caused by a few different things. Some common causes of non-stop ventilation include a malfunctioning blower motor resistor, a problem with the blower motor relay, or a faulty blower motor control module. It could also be caused by a problem with the climate control system itself, such as a faulty control head or blend door.
