I have checked with other mechanics and wev'e gone over "Everything", All suspension, Front & Rear. Wheel and Chassis alignment and all's 100% fine, Sugestion was Tyre size, But is Toyota Specs. Owned the car 7 years fitting new Dunlop 215/70R16 100H at purchase, The issue has just started, The tyre "just touches", enough to leave a shine mark in the Centre of tyre and Only on L/H Hard turn, This ones really stumped us, My main concern is Safety. 1005

Same running 235 70 16 runs on the transmission. Just a question putting 215.60.16 tyres will fix the problem all go 195.60.16

Curious I have same issue! 215/60/R16 OEM rims OEM specs say tyres are good and I have replaced control arms ball joints tie rod ends and steering rack, putting rims on off a Nissan that is 15+ offset as 215/60/16 tyres will fit and clear box! Hopefully!
