I was looking to disable the sliding doors by taking the fuse out as I’m unable to get to auto electrician. One of the doors will not close properly

Sliding auto door won’t close

Windstar 1999 The car's automatic sliding doors do not close any more. When they return to their closed position, they inmediately open again as though the door locks that keeps them close were not working.
