Warm engine indicator
Chevrolet Equinox 2007 80000 miles
I have a problem with my Equinox, which indicates that the engine is warm and thus the air conditioning turns off. The truth is that the engine is working fine and I cannot find why the message appears. Does anyone know how to fix it? Do I need to change any sensor?

It is the temperature indicator that is failing. Change it, reset the computer and it should be solved.

I had your same problem and solved it by simply changing the thermostat.

Either the temperature sensor or the thermostat needs to be replaced... likely the thermostat.
