ECM cannot detect sensors at the transmission after installing anew tr

Chevrolet Silverado 1500 2000 Chevy Silverado 4.8 77,000 miles 77000 miles

How best to reboot the ECM, i see lots of possible remedies but so far none have reset the ECM

My Transmission uses Dextron III Trans Fluid, and that what I used when installing the new/used Transmission

Wondering what that has to do with why the ECM didnt reboot or how to do that if it wont reboot itself?
