The jerking in first gear that you are experiencing could be caused by several factors. Some common causes of jerking in the first gear include a slipping clutch, a worn out transmission mount, a worn out or damaged drive shaft, a dirty throttle body, or a malfunctioning throttle position sensor.
If the clutch is slipping, you may need to have it replaced. A worn out transmission mount can cause the engine and transmission to move excessively, leading to jerking and rough shifting. If the drive shaft is worn or damaged, it can cause vibrations in the drivetrain and lead to jerking. A dirty throttle body can cause the engine to run poorly, leading to jerking and a loss of power. Finally, a malfunctioning throttle position sensor can cause the engine to run rough, leading to jerking and poor performance.

I've had the same exact issue. I've bought every type of fuse and then I went to the dealership and they wouldn't work. I wish I could help you, but I don't know how to fix it myself. I do however plan on going to the dealership this week and having them help me figure it out. I currently have no headlights. :(
