My vehicle jerks when I drive over 40 mph. The fuel pump and spark plugs have been changed and for a week the problem disappeared, but it has not started jerking again. What can it be?

At first i taught it was the clutch, changed it... Still it jerks on start... I've changed the coils, fuel pump,Injector's and spark plugs. Still it jerks...
