Not sure if it's the fuse or radiator fans not coming on

Just started overheating and ac doesn't blow cold air.

It's seems to not shift all the way to top gear. Also, after a night of sitting in cold weather. Doesn't kick into gear right away. Takes a few seconds then it gets going. Both reverse an drive it doe… 

The car just started overheating I don't know where the water is coming from I believe it's the thermostat the heater is not working

What are the issue of overheating
