Dshboard failure

Ford Fiesta 2006  160000 miles
It is almost 2 years since the dashboard started turning off for around 5 seconds and then activates again. It does also lose energy when it is stopped, and I notice this thanks to the clock, which suddenly indicates 0:00:00 and this means there was an energy loss. I have recently taken it to the electrician because the fan was not working at idle speed, only at high speeds and not even properly: making a huge noise and starting every 4 or 5 minutes. It was checked and, effectively, there were some failures in its resistance. Simply by welding it, the problem was solved. But the dashboard failure won't disappear. I am now thinking that it might be that its resistance can be damaged as well. When I enter the car, it sometimes smells as if there was something burnt. What do you think might be happening?

The same thing happened to my Ford Fiesta 2007 and it ended up being that the wire that is adjusted to the positive terminal was damged and did not make a good contact. When driving along a bump or hole on the street, such wire was disconnected from the battery or got a bit loose and the dashboard then turned off due to a lack of energy. I replaced the wire for a new one and the problem was solved.
