Where is the starter fuse

Driver side window goes up and down, but the rest don’t do anything some times they go down

Got pulled up today both brake lights not working, before i go and buy 2 new bulbs is there anything else i should check.

All lights are on in the dash board

On dash board a red wrench lit (showing ) when to start the car or just turn the ignition on

Dashboard does not show engine light and glowplug light
