I pulled out the relays in my 2012 Ford fusion and when I put them back and now my car won't start and my security lock is flashing I don't know what to do everything I've tried doesn't work

I was inspecting the fuse box for a headlight that went out...I don't know if maybe I touched a fuse I wasn't supposed to or what...cuz now it cranks and has power but won't start...please help...I li…
