My drivers side window wont go up

My drivers side wont go up. I can hear running when I push switch but does not move. All other windows work. I have mystique 1997

Does the batt run down? Possible poor ground or high resistance corroded connection.

My brakes keep locking

Engine shuts off.
Mystique 2000 Driving along windows go down slow, lights dim. Engine stops while driving.
