My honda fit vibrates everytime I try to move, but when am driving and increasing the speed it stops vibration

Vibration starts from the left front wheel and spread throughout the car as you accelerate.

Stopping and them moving off at the foot of a hill my 2006 hond fit jazz vibrat a lot and becomes very slow to move off

What causes vibration on idle of the engine of CLS

When my car is in reverse it starts vibrating really loudly. It also does it when I am in drive just sitting idling. What could be going on?

There is no problem with starting or running but engine vibrates even on idle
