When I start driving all is well. Radio is playing as per usual. Turn on heated seats and heater as it is chilly. Clean the windows to get rid of dirt from overnight. A few minutes 15 - 20 after I start moving, my heater stops and then I check I now have no headlights and no wipers. But if I turn the car off and on again the problem is fixed for awhile again. Took it to shop and tafter spending several hours they could not figure it out.
