The ignition switch will not turn over

First the dash said steering wheel lock immobilize, now it's saying key lock immobilize. Call for service

Steering wheel is locked & can't turn the key to start the car.

My door locks have been malfunctioning: they lock/unlock on their own randomly, sometimes continuously for a few minutes. It even locked on itself while it was running with keys in the ignition.
