Chevrolet Aveo 2009 90000 miles
When accelerating, the speed is indicated in the speedometer but, just as I clutch, the needle drops. I've removed the whole speed sensor but everything seems to be alright, or at least the pinions do not look damaged.

Apparently, that happens due to the gearing that is inside the gearbox and make the pinion turn. The same thing happened to me.

Effectively, it was the gearbox interior pinion, and now the problem is solved. Thanks!

Chevrolet Aveo 2007 Manual 270000 miles
All the lights on the cluster works fine but the temperature, feul indication, Rev counter and the speedometer does not work I checked the cluster fuse and it is fine

Speedometer stopped working
Chevrolet Aveo 2010 Aveo 5 LT, 1.6L automatic trans 128000 miles
Speedometer is stuck at 60 MPH. Other gauges are working in the instrument panel. Thought maybe the VSS but the other gauges work and no engine light has come on.
