Many failures

Chevrolet Epica 2009  5000 miles
The engine light indicating it needed to be serviced suddenly turned on. One month later, one of the hoses was broken, and the following, the antifreeze container. The next moth, it started indicating that the air compressors were failing and, today, the radiator broke down. I am really wondering what is wrong with this car, I am absolutely deceived.

This car heats the oil more than it should so, even though you might see the oil in the stick to be clean or really dark, open the oil cover anyway and check if it has an oil paste at the bottom. Be careful with this and clean the oil deposit filter because, if it is blocked, the engine will get damaged.

Good morning, I have an Epica which presented many failures similar to yours. Apparently, all the inconvenients have to do with a manufacturing defect which is in the catalytic converters. When an emptying labor was done to mine, both the oil consumption and overheating problems were solved.

When buying my car, I have also emptied the catalytic converters and installed a flow master to it. Even though the oil consumption is still high, the vehicle flies, it has a lot more power than before.
