One tail light with brake, but no reverse/blinker

Chevrolet Malibu 2005 2.2 380000 miles
Passenger side tail light comes on with headlights and lights up for brakes like normal, but the reverse light and the blinker (blinker runs fast like it's out) does not come on. The bulbs are good, I'm not sure if this could be a fuse or wiring issue?

The blinker socket has burned out and the reverse light bulb has gone out. I guess this is a lesson in checking the most obvious first.

When turn on car the park/wrench light stays on but if

When car is started the p/picture of wrench light is flashing on dashboard stays on. Once start to drive car the light goes out but soon as press on brakes or car is in park light comes back on. What does that mean?
