When you turn the key over the accessories dont get power until the engine turns on like the cluster and climate controll dont turn on until engine is running

Trying to find what circuit 140 does. Doing an engine swap and modifying the harness.

When I turn it engine on running there's no light as soon as I turn the wheel the light comes on it stays on until I turn it off trying to find the sensor or what's wrong with it
