Door ajar light on the dash stays on the dome lights go off as soon as you close the doors but the warning light stays on

Engine surging, not revving, while stopped like rocking a clutch. Door locks pop up & down & lock when you kill ignition with the door still closed.

I can’t open my truck by the button inside or by my key, which is powered by clicking to lock doors and set my alarm???
