I have used my pressure washer to flush the heater core, changed the thermostats twice, and changed the climate control unit. And no heat. Help please

my car is over heating and some time heat is work in car cabin some times it won’t also i have thing that i could water pump, thermostat , lower radiator hoses , radiator and flush the coolant too still nothing changed still heat going up but i have observed one thing that some times my cars radiator fan is working some times it wont i tried switching fuses but still it got same issues
