Changed the brake pedal switch and both brake lights but both cruise control and brakelights are still not working , where is the fuse or relay for this please ?!

When key is on or engine running only the brake lights stay on àll the time...nothing works but the brake lights and they stay on

I will like to know either the description, definition, I mean something on the following Engine codes DTC5284 and DTC9352.
