It's the alternator. I had the same thing happen to me. When I change mine out and had no more problems

Bought new bulb even used a working bulb from another escape and the passenger side still won’t come on it did work before
Same issue changed the bulb twice still won't come on. Trying to find the fuse for the low beam or is it a wire
