After taking out trunk light the dome lights quit and windows wouldn’t

After taking out the trunk light the windows and done light quit working. The car would run fine. After checking fuses and relays in interior fuse box the car won’t start or even try to turn over. Could relays be put back in wrong places? What would make it be dead ? No fuses were touched under the hood
