2006 gmc Yukon left low beam quit working,high beam still workd

I have a 2007 Yukon Denali Xl. My brake light stays on even after the key is out. The issue started when the harness on the passenger rear taillight light harness melted from the muffler falling off and it heated up my bumper and melted my harness. Now I have to take out the Stop Lamp Fuse so the light doesn’t stay on.

When I do start the truck without the fuse being in, the parking light is on (top and middle lights). Once I put the fuse in, the brake light goes on as if I’m on my brakes that way when I step on my brakes- my 3 brake lights work so I don’t get pulled over by the cops. There’s no junction box in the rear by the spare tire so I don’t know where to look or how to fix the issue. Please help if you can

Rt side tail light/brk light doesn’t work and bulbs are fine reverse light works. Could it be a fuse? Or probably wireing?
