Running lights not working

I am not getting power to my fuses on the fuse panel. My running lights do not work. I’ve checked the fuses and like I said the fuse panel. I think it’s bad

You need to find daytime running Light module, under dash, driver side kickpanel. Open module and resoulder cracked soulders
