Honda Fit 2007 Hatchback 175000 miles

My Honda fit is jerking when I try to accelerate and the rev can only move from 1 to 4 when I press the accelerator in park mode

I took my Honda fit to Honda Zambia were it was put on a diagnosis machine and no problem was found. So they had to reprogram the vehicle and also I discovered that the spark plugs needed to be changed,after all the changes the vehicle is no longer jerking.
