Honda HR-V problems and issues

Car wouldn't start so I ran cable from positive battery post to fuse box by brake peddle

Car won't start. Green key flashes on the dashboard. While having the key turned, there is a low kind of electrical hum.

Dashboard keeps lightning up with check engine and get these two codes

The TPMS alert is still on even after calibrating the tires and resetting the on-board computer, I also suddenly started seeing two alerts simultaneously, one for the emission system and another for the electric brake system alternating with each other, one day later I had another alert from the fuel tank cap that stopped by itself.
