Where’s the fuses left and right?

I had new tires put on. The dealership said the warning light would go off in a few miles. 🙄 It didn't. I took it back and was told, " it's not anything we did! Your rims are bad!" 😠 Why in the H-#L would they put new tires on messed up rims?!! (Ya didn't tell us to do that!) Did you clean them up now? (Oh? Do you want us too?)...Well, I took it somewhere else and was told the rims were a mess!!! And they should have never put new ones on! Side door not closing properly causes battery drain, appears to close but if you look closely a little off.

Lights are not working. We put new bulbs in and they worked, now they will not come on? I checked fuse #14 which is labled Small Lights (interior) 7.5 A and seemed to be fine. Is there another fuse?

Where are located the fuses left and right signals?

Back lights won’t work. But brake lights do. Can this be a fuse issue? And if so which one and location?

1st incident; car stalls and can't start, ABS light indicator comes on; ABS motor 40A fuse removed and reinstalled and starts up. 2nd incident; car stalls and can't start, Oil & Battery indicator lights come on; touch all secondary fuse box fuses; starts right up. 3rd incident; car stalls and can't start, multiple lights come on; check Fuel cap and retighten, starts right up. What is going on?
