I own a manual Kia and I feel that the gears are set with lots of difficulty. I need to press the clutch deeply so that the change is made softer. Is this normal?

Noise when pressing accelorator

For several days now, my car has been making a squeaking noise every time the tire turn to the sides, similar to the one old beds make. It seems as though oil was being needed at some particular locat… 

Right after parking my vehicle, it remained with the clutch sunk and there is no way I can possible gear. A green fluid has been spilled. Can anyone please tell me which is the problem?

Had new clutch fitted, still have problems. Bite not right,possibly fitted too low. Should a garage do this?
