Engine sudden stop while driving.

Kia Sportage 2012 Automatic 2.4 180000 miles
My car engine was faulty and i did changed it, three days while driving with the new engine the car suddenly stopped at the middle of the road. With the help of other drivers we pushed the car to the road road side. I did called my mechanic and he asked me to try starting the car, i did and the car started normally. I did drive to my office and parked it there with no problem. But am afraid to drive on the highway. Can someone help with a solution to this.

Stalls when driving

Kia Sportage 2008  150000 miles
I really do not know what to do because my vehicle suddenly stalls when driving. It is only after 10 minutes that I can start the engine again but then the Check engine remains turned on. The scanner has indicated the code 810 or something similar. Does anyone know what I can do?

Try changing the battery from the fuel pump. I had a Chevrolet Meriva that also stalled suddenly when driving and, by replacing this battery, the problem was solved.

Hello, TAD. I changed the battery that goes inside the fuel tank, also cleaned this tank but it was not solved. They are now telling me that it is the pressure regulator from the fuel rail that is failing. I really do not know what to do. Thank you anyway for your help and comment.

Good night, I had that problem and the solution was to change the little engine that goes inside the fuel tank.

Stalls

Kia Sportage 2002  120000 miles
My car usually starts working properly but suddenly stalls. It loses power and the dashboard turns on and off. I've already changed the pump, the injectors, the battery but the problem is still there. Can anyone please help me?

Check the catalytic converter.

I’d check my alternator. Those sound like alternator issues. Your alternator should be giving out 13VDC - 15VDC. Start your car and unplug your positive post on your battery. If it continues to run it’s not your alternator. If your car slowly dies and loses power then you need a new alternator.
