Engine turn over fuel is good

Won't start from ignition switch on going on and full pump not going on but if I push computer rely together fuel pump goes on but not starting

My main problem is that my car takes time to start as if my battery has a problem, I sometimes struggle in the morning. Secondly, it's overheating for about 3 months now not sure if it's the head ga… 

What must the fuel pump pressure be on the fuel pump in the tank.
