My car find it difficult to start early in the morning, when I switch the ignition on, the dash board will not display,it will continue like that till sun rises before it will pick when it starts the dashboard lights and meters will be flotuating.

It seems your battery is in bad condition. You should test it, maybe you should replace your battery. I don't know how is the weather there, but remember that cold weather affects batteries negativeley.
