Airbag signal on the dashboard then horn stops working. What could be the problem? How could I have this rectified.

I have a Tiida Sedan 2011 and, after a few miles, the shock absorber mounts were damaged, causing annoying raps. After that, the dashboard was released and the klaxon stopped working together with the airbag. Another problem the vehicle has is that, when driving on a windy place, stability is lost and it tends to move off the road. I find it absolutely dangerous and insecure, so I do not recommend it.
