Hello, I bought my vehicle in 2004 and I've had some problems with it which could be solved easily, including the flywheel and heaters. The last failure appeared this week and it was caused by the injection pump. I started the engine without a problem and, after driving for 5-6 miles, revolutions suddenly raised to the limit and white smoke started to emerge from the exhaust. I immediately moved away and stopped the vehicle where I could. After that, the engine did not start again. Hi, the same occurred to me and, when I took it to the mechanic, he told me the low quality fuel was responsible for my problem.

This happened to me with my Corsa 1.7 turbo. The cause of the problem was that the turbo broke down and oil started to enter the intake manifold, causing revolutions to raise to the maximum and white smoke to be released; it is burnt oil.
