Has ticking when starting

While starting car is on an ignition is on power to engine but will not turn over

Did you get it figured out? My 2003 is doing the same.

My pontiac grand am had the pcm yellow wire cut and this wire was the wire that told the pcm that the key was sending command to it and then the pcm sent a command to close the starter relay to work.
