Blower motor won't blow at all changed multi fuse block

Over heating. Cooling fan not working. Can't find the fuse.

About 9 months ago I hit a large pot hole on a new piece of seal on unfinished motorway. To top that off I hit it again the next day. No room to vear to the left or right to avoid it. The 3rd day the road had been repaired. Since then I had about 4wks of med/high pitch ratting noise coming from passenger side under the bonnet. I also had hissing noises coming from under bonnet on a 2.5hr trip that took about 4 had to keep stopping, cold night using air con heating but had to turn it off.
