The HVAC system will not turn at all no cold no hot no blower motor it acts like it’s completely dead. I can’t get it to do anything I checked most of the fuses and the car doesn’t overheat, and it do… 

Engine warning lights come on very faintly when ignition key is removed

Clock, radio, & ac won’t come on

Compressor wont come on when started

Blower motor won't come on.

The air compressor ignition light remains blinking and the air conditioning does not work properly, only the fan mode.
