Volkswagen Amarok 2011  90000 miles
When speeding up on a highway, the temperature gauge reaches the maximum, even though the engine cooling fan is working. So I stop and wait for about 10 minutes until it cools down to 110°C. When driving at 60 mph or more, the coolant level raises and falls, losing about 250ml. In the agency, I've been told there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. Can anyone help me please? My car is an Amarok 2011 std Highline.

Check the thermostat and whether there is some water leaking through the radiator or any hose. I recommend you to check as well the temperature sensor, which might be damaged and so the engine cooling fan starts when the engine is too hot, consuming all the water. Regularly, fans should start at 90°C. Hope it helps.

Did you find the problem guys?if you are losing water fast and you didn't see it it's a bad thing. If you don't probably the temperature sensors or the thermostat is faulty. Or maybe you have a blocked radiator. If pump is faulty you will hear the noise of the bearing.
