Many of the interior lights are not working, windows go down at any moment and even the doors and gears lights do not turn on. The only lights that actually do work are the ones that indicate mileage in the dashboard, and the rearview and the headliner ones only when they want.

It first started when the blend door actuators would still be on even after I turned off the car. Then before I knew it my battery was dead. I didn't have the money to get a new battery so I let it sit for a couple of days. Then got a new battery and come to find out it triggered the anti theft security light so now my car won't turn over. I tried turning the key only half way to where the car was on but the engine was not then waited 10 minutes with it on and then turn it off for 5 seconds. I did that for about 3 hours yesterday. My door locks keep locking and unlocking repeatedly even while I'm driving. I've checked the fuse and replaced the keyfob battery.
The cluster doesn't work at all. Sometimes the gas guage will work but it's not accurate, otherwise nothing works. I've replaced fuses and even put in a whole new unit and still doesn't work.
