Everything was ok with my car until I ran out of gas, and after that the engine did not start again. I've been told that it was the gas pump, so I changed it but still not starting.

I put key in ignition turn it over it turns over just won't start

It cranks over but won't start I am missing the big fuses in the fuses box under the hood but it's the lower section that is missing fuses

The wires behind my radio after I took my deck out sparked and my car was running while this happened and it died and I have not been able to start it ever since. One of the wires that went from my ignition switch to behind my radio was disconnected and I have no idea where it went because I let somebody else work on my car and now I'm stumped and have no idea what to do? I ran a wire from the starter relay on the fuse box under the hood to the positive on the battery to see if I can get it to turn over and run like that and it cranked but would not start
