The cruise control switch is on the steering wheel and it will come on or should I say light up but it will not always activate the cruise control system

Has anybody had an issue with passkey three and found a way to bypass the system successfully? I damaged my theft deterent modul in the steering column 9 months ago. Causing me to lose my business and am now completely out of money. I've also had someone break into the truck and broke the door lock cylinder as well as the ignition lock cylinder. I live 10 miles from the nearest store or business. So walking to work isn't really much of an option for me. I've gotta get thus truck to start ASAP! If you can assist I would be eternally grateful! Thanks.

I replaced the battery and now I have no power steering and the traction control light is on
Any help would be greatly appreciated
