I have changed the TIPM BOX 3 times on my journey because the fuel pump relay keeps going out. Can I bypass the relay or can I do a jumper wire with the fuse next to it it is the same amp fuse?

It sounds like you've done a good job of diagnosing the problem with your Citroën Relay. There could be a few potential causes for the issues you're experiencing:

Fuel pump relay: If the fuel pump relay is not pulling in, it could be that the relay itself is faulty or there's a problem with the relay circuit. You may want to try replacing the relay or checking the wiring to the relay for any faults.
Fuel pump: If both fuel pumps run when you bypass the fuel pump relay, then it's possible that the pumps themselves are functioning properly. However, if the engine still doesn't run, it could be due to a clogged fuel filter or a restriction in the fuel line.
Ignition module: If you've already tried replacing the ignition module and the problem persists, it could be that the new module is faulty or that there's another issue elsewhere in the ignition system.
5-volt reference voltage: If you're not getting the 5-volt reference voltage from the PCM, it could be due to a problem with the PCM or a problem with the wiring to the PCM.

Our relay did this and the shop found faulty wiring to the ECU in the end after spending a fortune on a new fuel pump etc.

I'm back on here though as our is now doing all off above again but not firing at all on gas to the intake and still no fault codes...
