No power to fuse #21 in cab fuse box clutch switch starter relay fuse 20 digtal trans range dtr sensors 20012004

At first it was having a no start no crank but I was having power on the dashboard once I put the ignition on. Then I find out there was no ground from the safety switch to the starter relay. I bridge it the then it start. I replaced the old safety switch with the new one. I disconnected the bridge but still no start no crank. I then tried to check the wiring and relay. Then after I failed I call one of my friend than he was bridging the starter relay. When he tried to start than we lost power in the whole car. I am suspecting maybe it's the ignition relay,But I can't locate it. Any help pls

FAn will not turn off and it keeps draining my battery brought it to the dealer they stated the part I needed was discontinued they need to run wires out of junction box. It was too pricey to get the work done but, When I picked it up the fan stopped and I haven’t i the problem since should I still be worried.

I have changed the TIPM BOX 3 times on my journey because the fuel pump relay keeps going out. Can I bypass the relay or can I do a jumper wire with the fuse next to it it is the same amp fuse?
