Electric Condenser fan wont come on.

When AC or defroster is activated the electric condenser fan doesn't come on and I get a check engine light and the fault code is p0481 (fan control circuit II)The fan works when I hot wire it to battery.

I have a 06 5.7l hemi 1500 my a/c electric fan doesn't come on at all, plugged my obd2 and got no fault code.

I put an engine in my ram1500. It came out of a 98 dodge Dakota I installed all new sensors. I have a no crank no start condition now. I need to bypass the anti-theft immobilizer.

I've already replaced the sensor and it runs fine except ever once in a while it throws the code again and runs like crap causing multiple misfires, stalls, won't shift into 5th gear. Then after a few days it goes away and everything is fine again. Wtf????
Check engine light
