My windshield wipers are not working along with my blower motor. I realized that the fuse was blown replace it and it instantly blows it again I unplug the wiper motor and the blower motor works fine and doesn't blow the fuse plug it in and it blowes it

Sounds like you already found, know the problem :)
The Windscreen wiper motor...:) probaly worn or old and seized maybe...if the car hasnt been used alot...if at all after long sorage.
